The location in general was great. The bed was comfortable.

The shower could be a little better, since it was winter and it was not hot enough.

Accessibility, cleanliness and space provided on accommodation is very good on what is needed for short stay on a business trip.

The breakfast was just fine, enough to eat and ok for short stay, yet exactly the same short offer every day (we have stayed three nights). I can imagine it would make better if there are at least small differences on provided food every day.

Indoor heated pool, very nice and clean. This is the only facility worth 4 stars.

There’s no real reception Chalets are small, definitely not 60sqm, with no kitchenette, no kitchenware and no microwave. Outdoor pool was dirty and never cleaned during the 3 days we were there Breakfast very basic and low quality. It’s not a hotel, it’s basically some small chalets built around the house of the owner. Most of the chalets are occupied by long term tenants or local workers. It’s not in Sao Jose do rio preto municipality, it’s in bady bassitt I was asked to pay for an upgrade to get a room with a double bed and when I got it it was just 2 single beds badly put together. Complained with the hotel and with booking.com but no response received and no action taken. Hotel staff pretended not to understand English when I was trying to complain. Positive reviews shown in booking.com are very questionable
