Hotel 57 Subang Jaya

self check in. Nice room & toilet. supply of essential items such as drinking water, plug adaptor, toilet roll, hairdryer are placed between each floor nicely.

quite a hassle to find a parking spot, but i guess it cant be help. the basic room will be much better if they have at least a small window, but then again, its ok

Location is good. The contact person was attentive and could settle issues promptly.

The TV in my room didn’t work but it was a mini thing for this trip.

The customer service stood out for me - I find Ms Lee to be an excellent CS Manager as she was very helpful and attentive when we had hiccups during our stay for a week at Hotel 57. The rooms were generally clean for a comfortable stay. It was a self-service concept and the place was well-lit and the environment was lively even at night so I believe saying that it was a safe place is not an exaggeration. Overall it was a week-long convenient and comfortable stay. Keep up the good work Hotel 57!!

The hiccups were the faulty AC and clean sheets but Ms Lee had dealt with the issues instantly so all good I must say!

Fairly clean but sterile.

It’s a very basic property. It doesn’t even have staff on duty, so you’ll have to find a way to pay online (if you’re meant to pay at the property) and retrieve the door code, keys etc yourself.
