Good location. Building looks a little old and tired but very clean. Apartment itself was nice and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen and everything we needed. Unfortunately we were without air con in a very hot week but circumstances out of the control of host and he recompensed us for it.

Our own mistake. We booked accommodation that did not have a pool and as mentioned weather was very hot.

Paco, the host, is very kind and very helpful. We got everything we needed. The apartment is situated near the beach and a good supermarket is close to it. The beds are very good.

This Property is ideally located right at the start of the promenade at the Marina end of town. Spotlessly clean. The balcony has a nice view over the Marina roof tops to the sea. It gets the morning sunshine and is nice and cool at night. The owner, Paco, was brilliant and even taxied us to the airport in the middle of the night for our early return flight. With air-con, wifi and Netflix included in the reasonable price the property exceeded our expectations.

Be aware that Benalmadena is hilly. Like most properties in the area it is on a hill. This one is short but steep. That said the building is well set up for mobility scooters etc with slopes everywhere including down to the prom.

Location was excellent, great view of the med and the marina.wifi and Netflix couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended
