Si tratta di un moderno appartamento con 3 camere da letto splendidamente arredato con 5 posti letto. Situato in posizione centrale nella città di Clifden, una vivace cittadina di mercato nella splendida Connemara. Con una grande terrazza all'aperto, si affaccia sulla pittoresca Clifden Bay e si trova a due minuti a piedi da meravigliosi negozi, ristoranti, bar e caffetterie. Questa è una base perfetta per esplorare la regione del Connemara. Una proprietà ideale per coppie, famiglie o piccoli gruppi di amici. Le attività locali includono kayak, surf, pesca, passeggiate in collina, trekking a cavallo, golf, gite in barca e molto altro ancora.

Si trova al piano inferiore del condominio e vi si accede dal livello stradale scendendo una scala di gradini esterni. La cucina completamente attrezzata ha tutti i comfort moderni tra cui forno a microonde, bollitore, tostapane, lavastoviglie, frigorifero con congelatore, cucina elettrica, lavatrice / asciugatrice e la sala da pranzo adiacente ha un tavolo allungabile che può ospitare 6 persone. Le porte francesi nella zona giorno forniscono l'accesso all'ampia terrazza esterna con vista su Clifden Bay e sul porto. L'appartamento ha 3 camere da letto e ndash; 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 camera singola e 1 camera da letto king size con bagno privato e doccia. Tutte le camere offrono splendide viste sulla terrazza, sul giardino e sul porto. C'è anche un bagno di famiglia separato, con vasca e doccia, WC e lavandino. This property is one of the nicest self-catering, pet-friendly holiday homes we have ever stayed in.
It was spotlessly clean and the various food goodies left for us were very much appreciated. The kitchen is modern (eye-level oven, grill and microwave) and very well equipped. There is enough cupboard room to store one's own provisions.
The sitting-room is not a separate room (as one might think looking at the photo on the property's webpage) but continues on from the kitchen and has its own sliding door opening out to the terrace. The TV worked without any problems and offers all the usual channels plus the Sky ones.
The bedrooms are spacious and the beds (lovely bedlinen) very comfortable. Enough good quality towels were left on the beds and some toiletries provided in the bathroom and the en-suite bathroom. The shower in the en-suite is powerful. There are also heaters in the bathrooms.
The central heating worked very well and it was cosily warm throughout the apartment.
The terrace is large and the view over to the harbour just lovely. There is outdoor seating and it would be very nice to sit out in good weather.
The property is very nicely furnished and it was certainly with the comfort of the visitor upmost in the mind of the owner.
The location of the apartment is just superb! It's only about 100 metres to the very good SuperValu and the town centre with the shops, restaurants and pubs is just a few more steps away.
There is no dedicated parking spot for the apartment and although the reserved spaces were not occupied during our stay we did not park in any of them but found a place across the road.
The only small drawback is the flight of steps down/up to/from the apartment but we managed fine.
We truly enjoyed our stay in this property and will definitely return!

There were lots of steps down to the apartment making it difficult to get luggage to and from the apt. We were lucky there was a parking space available during our stay but there is no allocated space for the property. We felt the property needed a good deep clean and rugs cleaned/replaced. Other than that the apartment was basic and it would take very little effort /expense to make it much more comfortable.
