Nice welcome on arrival, big VIP room unexpected, friendly staff. The owner welcomed me with a complimentary drink and salad in the restaurant. Good location for me, a birdwatcher, only a 10 minute walk to lake Atanasovsko, one of the top wetlands in Burgas. Gabrielle was very helpful with recommending a restaurant and organising a taxi. Altogether an excellent base for me. And two big supermarkets only 2 minutes walk away.
Perhaps my room should have been cleaned daily and bed made up, which were not, and sachets of coffee and milk definitely should have been provided for my room, as a kettle was in the room. A pity about the huge apartment blocks being built across the road, an area which used to be fields and where there are NO longer any birds!

Overall, staying at this hotel was a very positive experience for me. Considering the great value for money, I had a very spacious room and really enjoyed spending time on the balcony. In addition, I was very pleased to have Kaufland and Lidl within just a 1-to-2-minute walk. The staff provided good advice regarding parking options for a short trip to the city center, and I even received free coffee in the morning.
Rooms were not soundproofed sufficiently.
