Great location if you want to stay in Jomtien.
Near beach, restaurants, bars, baht bus routes etc., but still pretty peaceful at nights.
Very nice and friendly staff.
Good choice if you want to stay in budget hotels.

Not too far from the beach, spacious room and clean. TV, small fridge, clothing racks provided. Nice staff and little kitty there 🐈⬛
A bit loud at night time when people were downatairs (my room was on the 2nd floor) but acceptable. Heard water dropping on the ceiling all night. I guess toilets/shower are above my room. No water leak but should do something to prevent the leak.
