The breakfast staff was amazing and the facilities were really good including the gym and spa

The rooms were never cleaned properly. In fact they left a dirty cloth on the counter in the toilet one day. They didn't change the glasses or bothered to dust the counters. Twice they didn't clean the room till I complained about it. They were understaffed and that's not acceptable.

The hotel is located in a far place and it is very difficult to get to the center, you have to take a taxi

it’s calm, friendly staff, has amazing restaurants. The hotel is safe and its location was perfect, near city like 10 min away from the city by car.

Facility was beautiful. Staff was amazing and food was delicious. My favorite was the Basement Level Spa.

We liked the spacious environment and the location. Also the 10th floor restaurant and the 360 views, as well as the gym and spa facilities (really comparable with high 5 star European Hotels).

unfortunately, as family we had the worst ever experience during holidays in this hotel. We booked two nights; first night we had no water to take shower or washing the face because Bathroom only had hot almost boiling water coming from both tabs. unfortunately maintenance team would not resolve it so I asked them to leave the room by mid night. next day family decided to cancel and leave the hotel but duty manager kindly asked us to give them another chance and they will resolve the issue hence we agreed to stay. After a long day we came back to hotel by 10pm after we had a program from morning. we were shocked to find out that problem still not resolved hence we used Bottled water to wash hands without taking shower for two nights. we deserved an Apology from hotel management or an upgraded room, unfortunately neither official apologies nor offered upgraded room made us decide never utilize Sheraton hotels in our future trips around the world.
