Fantastic location, massive bath tub, easy to locate and plenty of room.

The blinds were super mouldy and falling apart.

Very close to the beach

Decor needs updating, furniture is very old. Beds extremely uncomfortable. No air-conditioning or ceiling fans- just old metal fans. Oven is from the early 80's, garage was not wide enough for our car. Appliances starting to rust. Couldn't get the TV to work properly.

Location was good

Disgustingly dirty place smelt musky and found on entry 3 dead cockroaches around all three levels inside the unit and a large dead rat in courtyard out back. Glass coffee tables not wiped rubbish still in toilet bins showers dirty and bathroom mirrors not cleaned. Floors felt dirty under foot.

Excellent location, really close to the beach, comfortable and clean; plenty of space spread over three levels.

The key pickup was from a distant location, required an app install and should be changed or simplified.
