The room was dusty and the cups were dirty, unsanitary and not what the website showed the room to be.

Location was very convenient to Glenelg beach, it’s about a 20 minute walk away (but likely longer with small kids. Staff were generous with providing extra towels, bottled water and toilet paper. Although the property has wear and tear as you’d expect for its age, it was very clean and comfortable.
Bathroom had no lock, we had a screen door but it wouldn’t close properly, bathroom space is a bit small. small crack on side of ceiling in one room made above unit visible.

Almost nothing
The bed plugs are quite inaccessible hidden behind the bed and it's only on the left side. Only one tall boy provided on one side of the bed. The other side doesn't have any. We had to use a chair. There is a useless waste of space occupied by a couch. The spa was filthy dirty, we had to clean it properly ourselves before we used it.

there was no breakfast, and facilities in room was cramped

it was close to the beach. There was plenty of great food options nearby.
We booked for a deluxe queen room and were put in a Standard twin. Air conditioner blew air but definitely didn’t do anything to cool the room down even when running for several hours(had the same issue in another room that my sister was staying in there). No check out instructions or place to drop off keys for an early morning checkout. Reception was also usually unattended which made looking for staff in the pokies pretty unwelcoming.

Location and staff
It wasn’t clean. We had dirty dishes and mouldy tea towel. Loads of grime around the taps. The bedding was clean and is the main thing when staying.
