Great location, near Hyde Park, bus stops, close to Paddington Underground Station. The most popular objects are within walking distance of up to a maximum hour. The room was basic, but quite cozy. Large enough bathroom. I liked that the bedding was clean and towels were changed every day. Nice and helpful staff. Although breakfast was not scheduled, but there was an opportunity to get croissants and cupcakes daily and make coffe at the reception or in the room. Pretty fast wi-fi, I had an online meeting and it passed without interruption.

Despite the clean bedding and towels, the bathroom lacked a sense of cleanliness. Drops of some kind of liquid could be seen on the floor, the toilet only looked cleaned, the miror in the room was dirty. The room would need renovation. The wallpaper in some places is peeled off. The floor is slanted, creaking. The wardrobe should be attached to the wall, because now it is inclined according to the bend of the floor to the side of the room, wich is not safe, especially when staying with small children. A small refrigerator would be an advantage. However, these shortcomings did not spoil stay for oir family. But eliminatinh these shortcomings be a good place to stay at its price.

good location and easy check in. rooms are quiet and reasonably comfortable.

a few issues needed repair. plug socket needed attention as couldn’t be used and wallpaper coming off the wall. curtain rail tired and curtains could be better quality.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

The property was tired and run down. It’s not so clean. just paper cups in the room not proper cups.

the most cramped room. aeroplane toilet with shower crammed in. really small. the window over a damp desk would not close as the wooden frame was swollen, freezing draft into the room. no guests allowed to room at any time so colleague could not use room to change into dinner dress.

The location of this hotel is pretty good--just a 15 minute walk to Hyde Park. The room was fairly clean. They emptied our trash and gave us clean towels every day.

The photos were deceptive. Even though there is a window in the room, it looks out on a closet-sized courtyard and faces directly into another room's window. (Basically, the window is useless and you have to keep the curtain closed the entire time.) The room was quite old. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall in many places, there was an iron burn on the carpet, and a bit of mildew in the shower. Since we had prepaid and things were relatively clean, we decided to stay, but it wasn't an appealing space.

expensive, photos do not represent the room we had, wall paper peeling from the walls, bathroom was very tired, mouldy shower curtain. staff seemed disinterested, if we had had an alternative we would have gone elsewhere. perhaps not part of the hotel property but the photos don’t show the rubbish/junk piled up in the vicinity of the other properties on the street.
