Que se bajaban los switch en el departamento cada que usaba la lavadora

La ubicación es excelente. Es muy cómodo para hacer el check in y check out. El aire acondicionado funciona de lujo y estaba todo muy limpio. La piscina excelente también, la zona de niños es estupenda! Tiene un tobogán chiquitito y una seta ducha. Nos dejaron una bolsa de basura puesta y otra extra junto con un estropajo y una bayeta nuevos los dos, dos pastillas de lavavajillas y un frasco con lavavajillas en gel.

Creo que es un poco caro para lo que ofrecen. No pedimos que haya mil cosas en la casa, pero ni sal, ni aceite… no hay jabón de manos. Dejaron solo dos botes de gel y dos de champú. No había nada para usar la lavadora. En cuanto a utensilios, echamos en falta batidora o un rallador. Las camas eran algo blandas, que para nosotros es algo negativo. Hay una cafetera de cápsulas pero no dejan ninguna de cortesía… falta un poco de mimo hacia el cliente, pero se entiende porque al final es algo que van a alquilar este como este la casa.

La ubicación del apartamento estaba bien.

El mantenimiento del apartamento dormitorio principal tenía humedades el cuarto de baño falta de luz y un poquito deteriorado. Y las sillas que estaban en el balcón había tres que estaban para tirarlas. Se ha resumiendo que carecia de un buen mantenimiento para ser un cuatro estrellas.

It was very close to a beach. Restaurant on site with decent offerings. Property staff was communicative while we were there and accommodated our requests for extra pillows, tennis rackets and putt-putt equipment, a working coffee maker, and a wine bottle opener. Loved the balcony and view! The complimentary dish soap, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, and shampoo/body wash were nice to have. I received detailed check-in info on how to retrieve keys after hours and this helped get into our unit. Thank you!

Hallway leading to apartment is dark unless you figure out where the light switch is before the elevator door shuts and you’re in the pitch black. How come hallway lights aren’t motion activated? It frequently smelled like cigarettes in the hallway and in our apartment. As if neighbors were constantly smoking in their house and the odor would linger. Burners on stove were rusty and questionable. One outlet in kitchen made it a pain to operate toaster, tea kettle, microwave, and coffee maker. We had to constantly unplug, move around, and plug in appliances. A welcome folder would be helpful with restaurant hours, menu, directions about amenity use, pool info, equipment questions, etc… we didn’t know there wouldn’t be any equipment to use with all the amenities or that the pool would be closed during our stay. Free parking was difficult to find in the front and sides of the property because people park there and walk across the street to the beach. Just a few suggestions: have beach chairs for guests to use and put oven mitts in kitchen to handle hot oven items. The larger bed/mattress (in master bedroom) felt like we were falling/rolling off of it because the mattress was worn and it had rounded edges. I didn’t receive any check-out information and I’m hoping we did everything correctly.
