Poor breakfast,they should be glad to have such a job,and they should smile to every client.We had a very bad sensation walking in.

The cleanliness of the room was fine except for the bathroom: dirty/slimmy /tiles mainly in the shower space.

The beds were comfy, shower excellent, breakfast was a great range, good food possibilities at the hotel bar/shop

The room and hall was smelly (like not long used drains or so) and you couldn't sleep qwith the window open, because it was very loud from the breakfast room plus terrace underneath(even though we were on the 2nd floor)

problem with unsufficient parking space, handicapend parking was often occupied by non-handicapped persons. when complaining about it at the reception ,Iwas told that I could use another hotel, if I did not like this one. this unfriendly message I got from the director herself! in addition to that, TV did not work for 3 out of 5 days. I think I will not come back to a hotel, wher I am treated that way.

Got a beautiful room with a view of the garden for a very low price. Very practical bathroom with shower. Very quiet during the night. Located very centrally in Bad Honnef and yet quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The hotel has a parking garage, wasn't on the website, wasn't mentioned at check in either. Only found out at checkout. Maybe also provide charging facilities for EV in that garage?

The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was good. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in nice surroundings .

Staff wasn’t particularly friendly. I couldn’t park my car just for loading and unloading. The room was very hot, there is no airconditioning. For the price that we paid, I expect there to be airconditioning.

the room itself was very modern and the reception area was also bright, large and modern. The location was great and central in Bad Honnef.

The bathrooms were old and not very nice. There was no mini bar in the room or any in room amenities. The breakfast was passable, nothing special.

Nicely situated. Parking under the hotel is also very convenient. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable.

Parking garage that closes after a certain hour in the evening. Person at the desk serving us was not very friendly, on arrival. First time I encounter this in a hotel. Maybe she should find a job she likes. We also got stuck in the garage with a non-working ticket and couldn't find anyone at the reception for at least 20 minutes and nobody picked up the phone (same person). I ended up finding a way to manually open the gate from the control board so we could get to the restaurant we reserved. Also pretty strange rules wrt the parking garage. After a certain hour (they told me it was 8pm) you could only drive in but no longer drive out, until the morning.

Room is spacious enough with pleasant design, all was clean, quiet surroundings, nice garden to walk in the evening. Great that they have a parking (Tiefgarage) - easily accesible. Friendly receptionist. Breakfast is standard-good, you'll find something to start the day, but don't wait for any specialties. For the breakfast you can sit at the terrace - lot's of green and with the sunshine a peaceful experience.

1. Check-In/Out was very slow for us - queue of 4-5 people and only 1 person at reception to handle them. 2. Breakfast - if you wanna enjoy the whole selection - you'll need to be there ASAP in the morning. I met the situation that the people capacity is too much for the stuff to keep up the food quantity - always something was missing like cheese or bacon or spoons or juice, either coffee machine is under maintanence, either a queue of 7-10 people in front...that's not the way I would like to start the day. 3. Personal opinion: I was negatively surprised to see the bathroom which is just as the ones you see at hospitals. Okay, easier to clean, understandable. But doesn't give a feeling you're at the hotel and doesn't match a nice room design...The way it's built the water is everywhere and the tiles are slippery. Just this point crosses for me an option to visit the hotel again.
