Zimmer, Frühstück, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Komfort, Schwimmbad, zentrale Lage, Ruhe im Haus und im Zimmer einfach alles richtig gut. Bei Magdeburgbesuch die Wahl Nummer 1.
Das Parkhaus mit 19.-€ ist leider total überzogen. Zum Glück gibt es günstigere Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nahe. Beim Preis von 19.-€ fühlten wir uns über sehr ausgenutzt. Wir parkten woanders !!!

Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I could set the room temperature, there was not any limiter. Our rooms had bathtubs instead of showers. The bar was cosy with an enthusiastic barman. Undergarage was available but only for extra cost.

I booked the room for my friend, but the payment was charged twice. It was the mistake, but the hotel staff did not answer for my and booking.com request two weeks. I gave them all documents. They refunded money when I told them that I would go to police.

This is a great hotel! Spacious rooms, comfortable big beds, all nice and clean. We were travelling with our almost 3 year old and booked a family room, with the idea that we will all sleep on the normal beds. The hotel proactively prepared baby cot - this one was extremely comfortable, not like with other hotels we experienced. Very good breakfast. Around the corner from the hotel, you have various restaurants to go out for dinner. Parking is right under the hotel and you are in the middle of Magdeburg, so paid parking make sense.
Yes, one of the elevators is still broken, but there are 2 more across the loby. The breakfast "tickets" are a bit funny, just give your staff updated breakfast list.

Amazing place from architecture point of view - very unique and worth seeing. A good car park and relatively cheap considering the central location. A walking distance to the Magdeburg Christmas Market.
Better to use stairs as you can wait ages for a lift.

only one elevator was working and it was very slow and made things a bit difficult and time consuming

lack of food facilities after 9 pm. I don`t expect restaurant at the hotel to be open late but some local food providers menus at the reception could be helpful.

Breakfast was really good and fresh. Variety of foods. Also a lot of stuff for vegans and vegetarians.
The carpet needs to be changed. My room was ok-ish, but my coworker's room definitely needed a new carpet.

The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The bed was large and comfy. The rooms were well appointed and spacious. The location can't be beat for a city visit. The staff was very friendly. Overall a great visit! And there's a pool and sauna.

the hotel is a few minutes from the central station and very close to the tram stop :)

-staff tried to be rude/ ignorant to understand my complaint (they didn’t pick my calls via the rooms and told me I should be charged for +1 late checkout) but the supervisor remedied the situation
