The staff were excellent, they were really friendly and happy to help out. The breakfast was good too - there was a good choice of food available. This kids especially loved this part!
There was a really loud type of banging noise coming from the radiator in the middle of the night on our first night. This lasted for hours. My husband went to investigate with the receptionist and in the end we asked for a new room as the problem wasn't sorted. But when we asked for a refund of our first night they agreed immediately and dealt with it really well. I would definitely go back because of the friendly staff - the breakfast staff were also very friendly.

Good breakfast
The front desk clerk charged me twice for city tax. I explained that my invoice already showed city tax. She insisted I still owed the city tax. I should’ve just not paid it as my invoice clearly showed that I already paid. However, beware the trick that they will try to charge you twice for city tax.
