The location, the views, accessibility and parking facilities. Comfortable bed, good shower in a large bathroom. Lots of space. Lounge and bedroom clean and appealing.
Tumble dryer had no venting or extraction and consequently dripped water everywhere, ending up with a wet floor and no mops! Sinks in kitchen and particularly bathroom, needed bleaching, bathroom plug hole very mouldy. Balcony needed a good clean.

Location, spacious, clean, views.
Unfortunately, the heat pump emitted a loud buzz intermittently on our first night. However, when we were able to advise the management staff, it was fixed promptly.

Very clean and comfortable, very roomy as well.
Unfortunately close to Story Bridge so there’s road noise , which can be annoying.
