porte chambre deffectueuse à l'arrivée. 45 min avec que tout rentre dans l'ordre ce qui m'a fait être en retard au rendez-vous que j'avais en soirée.

The sheets have been washed with a strong product. We had allergies all night long. The mattress ate not really mattress just some sponge. We couldn't sleep at All

Good location, close to tramway and a supermarket.
On arrival staff were very pleasant and helpful. Felt welcomed.We arrived on a Thursday and the young lady at reception was very nice.
Room was clean and cleaning staff considerate to our needs.
Attitude of reception staff on the Sunday before we left.There was an older lady and a young man at reception. I went to inquire the best route from the hotel to the airport. My request was met by an abrupt "Don't you have GPS on your phone"
My French isn't great and maybe he didn't recognise me as a guest but I felt their attitude could have been more understanding and helpful.

property requires refurbishing and better cleaning. photos on site do not shot real look and state of property.

You can access to the beach in 20 minutes drive.
The breakfast was good.
The room was dirty and very old.

There was hair on the floor when I entered the room which makes you doubt about the cleaning of the room

Friendly receptionist although she couldn't tell us whether the hotel TV had Canal+ which seems strange.
Hotel in need renovation - especially the bedrooms. Heating didn't work in the room nor in the bathroom. Poorly equipped and lacked electrical sockets next to the bed. The was a large trolley of dirty laundry 'parked' in the middle of the pathway leading to our room for the entire stay.
