The location was fabulous , walking distance to V&A, Nat History Museum , underground and bus services. The staff were helpful when asked questions.
We expected to use the elevator however our 1st floor room access was via narrow steep stairway. Initially no help was provided with bags until we insisted. It was resolved but not a good start.

Great location and spacious.
Property has aged since my last visit 11 years ago. Lighting could be improved, as it’s rather dim even with all lights on. The lift could be upgraded as it’s slow. And the shower trap requires upgrading as the water flow is slow. Suggest the management can consider a renovation for upgrading. Breakfast was nice.

Kind staff and great location
The shower had mildew and the room was very small and hot. The shower sprayed all over the floor and the pillows were too firm.
