a lovely location that invites relaxation, and staff were great.
unfortunately dinner was a disappointment, especially for the price. wine was very nice, but the food less so.

Location is fantastic.
Breakfast was good. Was very busy with full hotel. Staff struggled to keep pace with costumers.
Lunch and dinners outstanding good.
We had room 205.
Nights very hot so we slept with door and window open.
Refrigeration compressor from the kitchen was running all night, and that was a bit noisy. Could be annoying for all visiting level 2 rooms during summer.

Location, location, location.
Size of the bathroom is small, like a shoebox, for a suite with beds for six people. Everything was soaked in water when done. The breakfast buffet was crowded with people sneezing, coughing, and exhibiting poor personal hygiene. This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was the same experience both times. I lost my appetite completely from looking at all these bacteria being spread on the food we were all going to "share".
In general, you seem to focus on "the grey gold" segment, but we did not feel any welcoming aspect as a family with children.
