Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De incheck verliep vlot. De kamer zag er verzorgd uit met prima matrassen op de bedden; de badkamer was zeer netjes.
Het ontbijt was prima. Het hotel heeft ruime parkeermogelijkheden.
Het hotel ligt niet vlakbij het centrum van Modena, echter met de auto is het centrum in 5-10 minuten bereikbaar met goede parkeermogelijkheden daar.

What a gem! Beautiful hotel - with some of the best espresso we had in Italy. Breakfast was plentiful and high quality - the room was stylish, and the location was perfect for both taking a bus into the Modena city center or driving out to experience the bounty of Emilia Romagna. Absolutely would return, and highly, highly recommend.

The location is central. The rooms were clean and the air conditioners were great. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with some of the best cappuccinos we have had on our trip to Italy. The staff were very friendly.

The breakfast was very nice. We received a free upgrade and our room was very spacious and clean. The location is good, very quiet and yet close to the historical area of the city. Would recommend for sure.

Everything was exactly like in description. Stuff was very nice an helpfull. Breakfast was tasty, a lot of products to choose.
I can't tell about all rooms, but in my was not very much space in toilet. From another side, I'm almost 2 meter hight and this toilet shouldn't be a problem for a normal people

The room was the right size for one person and it was clean. The bathroom, even though small, had all the elements needed and even a window and was also clean.
Breakfast was satisfying, with a variety of opnions available (brioche, toasted biscuits, jam, yogurt and so on).

Right at the property there’s a big parking. The place is clean and there’s a nice staff. The breakfast was good, nice coffee. The bed was comfortable.
