Royal View Hotel Churaumi - Closest to Churaumi

The hotel is nice and close to the aquarium. The gate to the beach closes at 5 and pool at 6p. Also we arrived 11am and although we understand that check in can be hard at that time, they told us that even though the rooms are ready we couldnt check in until 3pm. This is the first time, in our 10 month trip. The room empty and us waiting, absurd and a lack of service and good will. I understand that requesting this in advance has a cost, it makes sense, because it needs to be arranged, but having the room ready and having us wondering around the hotel for 4 hours, with 2 kids, absurd

A bit expensive since its a really old building.

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff super friendly! The inflatable and play area were fantastic for the kids. There’s a Lawson right next door. The pool was great, and they provide towels. There’s access to the beach, which is also quite nice.

The room was old, though... and the beds were narrow.

The emplacement straight to the aquarium and Emerald beach. A big thanks to the staff from the reception to the restaurant. A special thanks to the lady at the reception who helped us with our rooms and the gentleman in the restaurant who was very kind with our kids.

Close to aquarium, spacious room, good view from window, free parking.

Very worn down, needs renovation. There is no elevator, although they can help with the baggage. The pool is only available until 31/10.
