Location, oasis in the mountains, lovely food, pool area, bar, rooms, walk to the lookout point, staff were lovely, very therapeutic and chilled vibes and the donkeys!

Air conditioning in room didn’t work, fixed then stopped working shortly afterwards.Phone to reception didn’t work. Terrace behind room needed tidying up.

Great garden, service, amazing place. Good kitchen and perfect swimming pool.

The property is unbelievable. It is massive, and there's so much to explore. We spent two of our days largely not leaving the property and just enjoying the serenity of the gardens & surrounding canyons. You can tell how much time and care is put into the grounds. Also the breakfast!!! Incredible. So many breads and spreads and the staff is delightfully attentive without being overbearing.

Absolutely gorgeous location with the plants and pools, good beds, and the food was excellent

The value does not justify the high price…. Rooms were outdated (eg bathroom didnt close properly), not super clean (we had cockroaches in the room), and the staff was not at all aiming for high level service. Constantly on their phone, and if we asked for simple things like ice with our wine they really acted like we were asking a lot and look ed very bored. Concrete example is that we arrived hours after checkin time, and the room was not ready. We were pointed towards the bar without so much as a coffee to be offered, and neither did we receive any information on the resort or region. All would have been fine in a 2 or 3 star hotel but when paying more than 250 euro’s a night for a room you expect at least staff that shows a keu priority is to realize a good time
