Great location, it's closer to restaurants, bindawood, and the hamra corniche
The cooker didn't work, when I called the reception they sent a guy asap. He was friendly and supportive and explained how it works
No disturbance and good privacy from staff
The cooker didn't heat much, the bed pillows were uncomfortable, I used sofa pillows to avoid neck pain

Location, Staff, Responsiveness , Good cleaning. Well organised.
Stained parlour chairs. Dining chairs are shaky, kitchen not well equipped. WiFi does not work in rooms. Cheap furniture.

There were no dish soap available in kitchen but laundry facilities were key for us. Location was great near the sea front and close to all key attractions and food street.

Very friendly manager, lovely little rooftop with sea views and directly opposite supermarket and within a few minutes walk of corniche and restaurants. Very spacious apartment.
I can see this place once being very good but now it seems to lack some TLC.
