E’ un piccolo e bel appartamento di 55 mq, situato al 5° piano di un palazzo signorile, oltre a godere di una bella vista, dispone di un moderno ascensore, di un bel giardino e di un ampio parcheggio condominiale chiuso da sbarra radiocomandata. La casa è stata recentemente rinnovata ed è dotata di tutti i comfort per gli ospiti. Si trova in una zona strategica della città nel quartiere di Borgo Panigale, a 5 km dal centro storico comodamente raggiungibile con i trasporti pubblici. Nelle immediate vicinanze, bar, pasticcerie, pizzerie, ottimi ristoranti, negozi, ipermercati, e un po’ più in la a 1 km la famosa fabbrica DUCATI con il suo museo e le visite guidate . L’aereoporto è a solo 4 km raggiungibile comodamente con l’autobus 54 direttamente sotto casa, anche la stazione centrale e comodamente raggiungibile con una sola fermata di suburbana, inoltre per chi arriva in auto siamo comodi a tutti gli svincoli autostradali e della tangenziale. Anche la FIERA è comodamente raggiungibile con la macchina usando la tangenziale, altrimenti una fermata di suburbana fino alla stazione centrale e poi da lì ci sono varie linee di autobus. Per chi invece dovesse venire a Bologna per motivi sanitari l’ospedale MAGGIORE è a solo 2 km in direzione del centro storico.
L’appartamento molto luminoso è composto da un ampia sala con zona cucina, camera da letto matrimoniale, antibagno, bagno.
In sala c’è un comodo divano letto per due persone, tende alle due grandi finestre, tv, wi-fi, radio, lettore dvd. La zona cucina dispone di tutto il necessario, forno elettrico, bollitore, tostapane, macchina da caffè, tavolo con 4 sedie biancheria ecc.
La camera da letto ha il parquet in legno, tenda alla grande finestra, letto matrimoniale con piumino d’oca, tv a parete 32 pollici, armadio a muro, volendo si può aggiungere lettino da viaggio.
Nel antibagno altro armadio a muro, ferro e asse da stiro.
In bagno oltre alla biancheria, phon, stendi biancheria , lavatrice.
Bologna grazie alla sua posizione geografica è ideale come base di partenza per visitare in giornata tutte le città di grande interesse storico e culturale del nord e centro Italia come Firenze, Roma, Venezia, Milano, Verona, Parma, Ferrara, Ravenna ecc.
Tony’s place è un ottima soluzione per tutti coloro che vogliono sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza. Un luogo ideale per un week end romantico, un fine settimana alla scoperta della città, o un soggiorno di lavoro.

ATTENZIONE dal 1° settembre 2012 ch pernotta a Bologna in strutture ricettive e non è residente nel comune, dovrà versare la tassa di soggiorno ( decreto legislativo 23/2011).Il prezzo è legato al costo della camera, in una fascia che va da 31 a 70,99 € ammonta a 3 € persona per singolo pernottamento massimo per cinque pernottamenti, sono esclusi i minori di 14 anni. La somma va pagata in contanti il giorno dell’arrivo, e verrà rilasciata apposita ricevuta.

5 sq.m. and located on the fifth floor, the flat is pleasant and cosy and boasts a wonderful view. The elegant apartment block has a modern lift, a nice garden and a large private car park with a radio-controlled barrier. In addition, a spacious garage is available for a fee on request. The flat has recently been renovated and fitted out with a range of accessories to make your stay more comfortable. It is located in a convenient area of the city in the Borgo Panigale district, just 5 km from the city centre, which is easily reached by public transport. Close by, there are bars, cake shops, pizzerias, excellent restaurants and hypermarkets, while the well-known DUCATI motorcycle manufacturers is just one kilometre away with its museum and guided tours. The airport is just 4 km away and can easily be reached with bus no. 54 which stops right outside the apartment block. The main railway station, one stop away on the local train line, is also within easy reach. Motorway exits and the city ring road (‘tangenziale’) are conveniently close for anyone arriving by car. Bologna’s Fiera, the exhibition area, may easily be reached by car via the ring road; otherwise the central railway station, from where a number of buses depart to the Fiera, is just one stop away on the local train line. Those who come to Bologna for health reasons will find the MAGGIORE hospital just 2 km away towards the city centre.
The flat has lots of natural light and consists of a large living room with kitchen area, double bedroom, dressing room and bathroom.
In the living room, with two large curtained windows, there is a comfortable sofa bed sleeping two, TV, Wi-Fi, radio and DVD player. The kitchen area is well-equipped, with an electric oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and table with four chairs, plus kitchen linen, etc.
The bedroom, with a large curtained window, has wooden parquet flooring, a double bed with goose down duvet, 32” wall-mounted TV, and built-in wardrobe. If necessary a folding cot bed may be added.
In the dressing room there is another built-in wardrobe, iron and ironing board.
Besides bathroom towels, there is a hairdryer, laundry stand and a washing machine in the bathroom.
Bologna’s location makes it an ideal base for day trips to a number of towns and cities of historical and cultural interest in northern and central Italy such as Florence, Rome, Venice, Milan, Verona, Parma, Ferrara, Ravenna etc.
Tony’s place is an excellent choice for all those who want to feel at home even when they’re on holiday. It’s also an ideal place for a romantic weekend, a city break or a business trip.

NOTE: as from 1st September 2012 any non-resident staying overnight in paid accommodation in Bologna must pay a tourist tax (legislative decree 23/2011). The tax is related to the cost of the room and amounts to 2.50 € per night where the cost of the room is between 71 and 120.99 € per person per night. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival and a receipt will be issued.
