Location and repeat stay, we were here 2024

The location was fantastic - easy walking distance to all the buildings and museums we visited, away from the crowds, but with plenty of restaurants and a very good supermarket close by. There was no noise from other apartments in the building. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. (Sharp cutting knives appreciated as these are often blunt in rental properties!) The host was very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome.
Nothing.

the location is excellent and cannot be faulted. It’s in the centre of everything!
Note that the elevator is small (as is common with many old Italian buildings). Large suitcases will have difficulty though there are stairs….

Location excellent, I read all the reviews and booked based on them, disappointed, if you want that view and short on everything else then it’s ok, we had a 6 night stay, 2 towels and 1 tea towel are inadequate, yes there is a shared washing machine but no dryer, so didn’t help. Bed covers could do with replacing, or cleaned, cleaning could be improved, it just needs a lot more love, you cannot leave the window open or the mosquitoes will invade, we made that mistake and we eaten alive overnight, hundreds of bites. Very average
The comfort, the cleanliness, the mosquitos
