Little hard to coordinate boat taxi times to and from kas town, boat only available at 9.30 or 19.30 from the hotel or else have to organize a boat taxi service which can be difficult.

The waiter and waitress are working very hard, welcoming and doing their best to help to customers. This place used to be a good family place to enjoy your holidays.

We have been staying in this hotel for second time and it was overall terrible experience (first time 2 years ago we loved the place) of our five days stay and I do not recommend anyone this place anymore. Here are the things to consider before you book: • They dont know how to treat their customers.It was total failure.For instance; we paid the total amount in advance for our stay.However, during our last day, checkout time we were asked to pay the amount which we paid already.Even though I have provided all the payment proofs they still treated as if we are stealing from them, I assume they do not understand basics of advance payment. This whole scandal happened in front of other guests and staff. It was totally unacceptable and without involvement of other members of their family we would be left with no other choice than to pay double as the owner wouldn't allow us to take a boat in order to reach the car(10 people were waiting for us meamwhile). • Earlier there were no frequent boats to this hotel and now every 10-15 min one boat approaches and bring new people for a beach access only. Sometimes these boats come early in the morning and even before hotel guests reach to the beach the best spots for sunbeds are taken. We booked this place because of its uniquenes and to have a peace of mind but there is mind blowing transaction of unknown people which enters to hotel premises and causes also health risks linked to covid-19. •The expectation from the hotel room is normally working AC, considerable amount of space and working fridge. We have booked a room with a side view and in the first place we got room for 3 instead of two and we apreciated to have bigger space, but unfortunately the room that we got had an issue with the AC. We have given it a chance and waited till the morning which cause us sleepless night due to high heat in the room. After administrator manipulation, I for the first time in my life seen an AC throwing ice.

Wow what an amazing family run hotel. Only accessible by boat (about 5 min) so you really do get the holiday and restfull feeling. Oh my word the beautifull turquoise water right on you your doorstep. Best staff ever. Big enough rooms, comfortable beds and wet bathroom. Also they will take you to town as there is a boat from La Moda 3/4 times a day at no extra cost. And the food is amazing!!
