Location was perfect right behind the city centre. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was very attentive and kind. The breakfast was plenty with the options to add extra eggs, coffee or tea. All in all great place to stay in Bukhara!

Good- proximity to Lyabi Houz Square- a pool with swans, cafes, restaurants, madrasah, a caravan suray, market/shops, tourist information booth, pharmacy.
Management- top service, friendliness and attentiveness of the owner/manager. He also helped me out when I encountered a problem with previous hotel check-out issues.
Cleanliness- the rooms and facilities were kept clean. Air conditioning affective.
Breakfast- lovely array of various food items bought out to you when seated for breakfast in courtyard.
English speaking
Rooms and bathrooms were tight with very little space to store or place belongings.
Kettle in room but no cups/mugs, just glasses. No tea or teaspoons.
No ventilation in bathroom/toilet. Bin for toilet paper
Noise level at night as you could hear conversations being had late at night in courtyard due to the sound being carried and probably even amplified due to the layout of the housing structure.

he hotel is clean and in an excellent position with easy access to the main square. Staff were very helpful and breakfast good. The room was comfortable with good shower, a/c and WiFi.
I have to say this was my least favourite of the four small hotels I stayed in during my Uzbekistan trip. No drinking water was available either at breakfast or during the day whereas it was free and plentiful elsewhere. When there was an hour long power cut in my area of the hotel, no candle or torch was provided until I asked. I would not return.
