For me it was convenient because it was not very far from S-Bahn, which i used daily to attend the exhibition.
The lady which met me upon arrival she was extremely kind and tried her best to help me in everything
The smell at the entrance of the building is indeed very bad, but as soon as you enter your room you no longer notice it. Rooms are very clean and no smell issue at all. Just the smell at the entrance is horrible.
