The apartments were quite nice, clean, and close to the ski center. A bit more kitchen equipment wouldn't hurt

On arrival we had to wait 20 mins for the host to give us the keys and enter the property - even though we arrived in the one-hour time slot we provided in advance.
It was too hot in the property and was not possible to adjust the temperature in the apartment.
Additional charges (bedlinen fee and city tax) were not clearly displayed when making the booking - ended up paying more than expected.
Hairdryer did not work.
WIFI was unreliable.

The location, the rooms, the beds were great. Big balcony, free parking. The grocery stores are close by car. The biggest deal was the summer Schladming card! That was great!
No spices, no salt and sugar... And for 4 pepole for 5 nights only 2 rolls toaletpapier. In the 21st century... Omg...

Nice and clean, good beds, great shower. Convenient location close to ski lifts, great view of mountains.
Very limited kitchen utensils, heat was difficult to regulate.

The location of appartment is perfect-you can enjoy the view of Planai. Beautiful rooms and there was also a big terrace. The interior was modern, nicely organized. The staff was also extremely nice and always ready to help.
Wi-fi was not good.
