We had a fabulous time with lots of family fun in this lovely home. The views were spectacular, the home was nicely appointed, and the location was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. The owners were communicative as well.

This house was amazing! The views from the house and the decks were wonderful. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the sunshine - lots of great bird sightings too. There was lots of space for everyone to spread out. The location was central to all of our sight seeing activities and we were happy to return each day to the quiet of the neighborhood. The amenities within the house - comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, etc. - just made the stay that much better.

The owners and property manager were wonderful to work with! The home is in a nice little community with easy beach access and is very spacious. The setup in the home was very welcoming and it felt like home for my family!

The views, the amenities, the space are all top notch. If I could rate above 5 stars I would! But don't want too many people to find out about the best find in Gearhart and then not have it available for us. Shhhhhh

We loved this beach house. We spent Thanksgiving with our adult children and grandchildren. Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms offered comfy cozy beds and the view is amazing!

This property was wonderful for our family group of eight. There was plenty of room to accommodate everyone comfortably. The kitchen is well supplied with all needs and we especially enjoyed viewing the full moon with the telescope and seeing the elk herd. It's a short walk to the boardwalk and then on to the beach. My husband and son-in-law enjoyed the golf course. Additionally, the artwork in the house was appreciated. This property is highly recommended and we all hope to stay again!

We've been coming to Seaside every year for the past 10 years, and this is our favorite place that we've stayed. Beautiful ocean views, quite neighborhood, easy access to the water, really clean and well updated house with lots of room, nice kitchen, and plenty of bathrooms for us and our nearly all grown children. The owners were a delight to deal with, as was their manager. I don't want to leave such a glowing review as this is now likely where we'll be trying to stay every year going forward and I hate to compete with you all :)

Short mishap when we arrived. Owner and Property Manager went out of their way to fix issue. Resulting with no hiccup in our stay. Excellent Property. Great owner and manager. would definitely stay again.

We rented this house for family visiting from out of state to come explore the Oregon coast. It was perfect! It’s right on the ocean and very close driving distance to Seaside, Canon Beach and everything you would want to see!! The house had everything we needed and more! It was very well stocked, clean and perfect for our family! We did have a 1 year old with us, it definitely isn’t baby proof but we made do and had no issues!!

The house and experience with owners and manager were all timely and very good. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the house, porches, view and all of the amenities! The house and kitchen items for guests (and pet) was well thought out and much better than most other rentals I have stayed in. Thank you!

The home is perfect for a family get together or a group of friends. It is well appointed with comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. We have stayed at three other properties in Gerhart and this was the best equipped kitchen. Multiple sets of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils pots & pans, blender, coffee pot, paper goods, etc. you just need to bring your food and you’re set.!
There is a view of the ocean from every room and great furniture to relax in on the deck.
The host and manager are very responsive. The manager brought over extra outdoor games for our kiddos. The broadwalk to the beach is close by and provides easy access to the beach. Don’t hesitate to stay here We’ll certainly be back!

This perfect beach house was a last minute find for our family Thanksgiving getaway and it exceeded our expectations from the very beginning. As you walk into the home it was very spacious, clean, nicely decorated beach theme, and stocked well with all the amenities needed for our Thanksgiving dinner as well as plenty of bed linens to keep everyone comfortable. The beach access was just a short 5 min walk, and loved that the outside hose was easy to access to wash off our dog after her long beach run. This home had it all, and we were just super impressed with our stay, the attentive owner/managers, and cant wait to come back again.

What a lovely experience on the Oregon Coast! The house was perfectly situated, with stunning ocean views and an easy walk down to the beach. The neighborhood is lovely and the house is very well appointed with everything you need. We had 8 of us at the home with plenty of space. The hosts were excellent communicators and we felt well taken care of from the moment we reserved the house. This was a much needed getaway for our family and we couldn’t have been more thrilled with our experience. We will be back!!

This house has everything and more and accommodates parents with small children, as well as guests who enjoy having a quiet space to retreat. The outside space is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the view, while not being too removed from the wonderful kitchen-based activities. Thank you for a truly special four days! :-)

This comfortable, well-maintained home was perfect for our family. They supplied enough seating, linens, dining space, and supplies for our whole group. Bedrooms are ample size and nicely appointed, as is the whole home. It's truly the nicest vacation home we've had the privilege of staying in, and we hope to return again and again. Thank you!

This vrbo home is a wonderful layout for a large family, or for a small extended family vacation. The access to the beach, tennis courts and proximity to the Gearhart Links course was perfect! This home had plenty of extra blankets, sheets, games, and supplies, which was a bonus as well. Thank you for the wonderful week of memories!!!

Our 2nd visit to Pat and Kandi's house was even better than our first visit. I am already looking forward to planning our next visit. The combination of location, space, amenities, cleanliness, house layout, and gracious hosts is tough to beat. I highly recommend a visit.

The house is in a great location, a short walk from the beach with incredible views, and is well-equipped with everything you need for a family getaway. The owners were super accommodating, allowing us to postpone our trip when a snowstorm hit Portland the weekend we were supposed to go, and also allowing us to check in early to accommodate our two-year-old's nap schedule. I highly recommend this home.

Kandi and Pat's house was the perfect place for a week of working/relaxing right on the coast. They are such gracious hosts and incredibly easy to work with when setting up a time to stay at their house. The house was in such a perfect location to the beach - it was a quick and easy walk down and back. We hope to be able to stay again soon.
