From the second we arrived it was perfect Demitri is just amazing Showing us to our room and how everything works Nothing is too much Car rental organised straight to hotel Loved they had shampoo and conditioner (you dont get that anywhere) Everything was perfect 30 minute walk into fira Couldnt figure out the bus Restaurant across the road was stunning (recommend the carbonara) Breakfast was lovely and a nice start to the day (bread / pastry basket/ eggs, meats and cheeses) The best thing about out stay was the residence of santorini, iv never come across nicer people, from young to old…

Nothing

You can not beat the view! In fact people gather on the road level to photograph the sunset. No need to book a bar/restaurant to see the sunset just stay here. The location initially I worried as seemed too far out. However there are two fantastic restaurants literally next door and it was a 30min walk straight down the road to the centre of Fira. We often walked to Lidl’s for snacks (half way to Fira).

The shower didn’t have a high bracket to hold the handle so you have to physically hold it. Also the water could do with being hotter. The safe is almost impossible to use as it is so far back on the floor of the wardrobe. You literally have to be on your hands and knees. We visited the end of September so didn’t get the sun until Midday on our balcony. However we could lie by the pool which had the sun. The breakfast was fine but the option to toast your bread would have been nice. Also a choice of the pastries. A good idea would be a tick sheet on what you wanted so food would not be wasted.
