The location was excellent; nearby stores and coffee shops. Also near to attractions.
There was no Air Conditioner in the bedroom (I don't believe this was noted in the listing), so we mostly slept on the couch in the living room. An AC unit in the bedroom would have been much better and more comfortable for us to sleep in the bed, than on the couch.

The area first time in Barcelona and it was the perfect place to stay felt very safe
The people in an apartment above us or very very close to us that were very noisy till 2 to 3 in the morning .Appreciate that this can happen in a city like Barcelona.

Great little apartment two floors up on a very quiet street which is more a pedestrian street with local access than a through road. Very close to coffee and the metro station. Superb supermarket just around the corner between metro and apartment. Close to Sagrada Família but away from the main nightlife and better restaurants.
Apartment a little tired but acceptable.

Compact for solo traveller or a couple
Easy access to Metro lines L1, L3
Short walk to Sagrada Família
Many supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance
Washing machine didn’t work. Owner helped wash one load and returned but it’s better I have access to a working machine for personal wear.
Kettle was rusty but quickly replaced the next day - appreciate the promptness.
Shower water spills onto outside area- very wet!
Impossible to keep the water within the shower walls- it’s just how it’s made
Main door into the building shuts very loudly so when neighbours come and go at night it gets loud
