Awesome location, everything inside walking distance. Facilities new modern and attractive. An absolute pleasure to occupy.

No air-conditioning, no fans and the building design is such that there is absolutely no airflow in the apartment so it was very very Hot. We had to buy our own fans but that still wasn't enough. The main automatic blind was broken in the living room and wouldn't allow any airflow because it covered the entire door to the balcony. Nightmare!

The location of the property is great - right in the center and everything is in walking distance.

We were accused of having damaged the floor in the flat (scratches, which actually were there already when we moved in). They have taken money to cover the costs from our account without our consent. They then accused us of being rude because we complaint about this matter. This subject is now with our lawyers. We were accused of leaving the flat in a mess, which was also untrue. The owner also turned up unannounced at the flat. All in all I would not recommend a stay there.

The access from the garage to the apartment (could be done directly).

Clean apartman, quiet neighborhood, close to the train station. The owners very helpful and easy communication with them. The kitchen is full equipment.
