Villa Pcela è una spaziosa villa di lusso, restaurata nel 2014 da una casa di villaggio abbandonata, che ora offre alloggi confortevoli, eleganti e arredati in modo unico su tre piani. Perfetto per famiglie e gruppi di amici.
Enorme suite matrimoniale all'ultimo piano con letto superking, comodi posti a sedere e balconi su tre aspetti, con vista sulla baia di Tivat, sul Monte Lovcen e sull'Adriatico.
Spogliatoio privato e bagno con vasca e cabina doccia. Tre ulteriori camere matrimoniali al piano terra con bagno privato / dedicato.
Soggiorno open space con due grandi divani, splendidi mobili da pranzo in rovere e cucina elegante, moderna e ben attrezzata. Porte scorrevoli con larghezza a parete fino a 40mq. m. terrazza solarium con divano esterno, sedie e ampia zona pranzo ombreggiata.
Scende alla terrazza inferiore. Area giochi con ping pong e calcio balilla full size.
Grande piscina a livello del ponte 10mx5m con terrazze soleggiate e cucina estiva rialzata coperta di viti con barbecue e zona pranzo.
Ulteriore grazioso giardino con cortile privato e parcheggio custodito custodito per quattro auto.
Sentiero vicino alla fantastica spiaggia di sabbia sicura e riparata, a 5 minuti in auto da negozi, ristoranti e bar locali.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. We went for 2 weeks and there was a clean and laundry change halfway through our stay. The pool was cleaned twice a week.
I would say you definitely need a car to get around and there are lots of places to visit such as Kotor which we loved.
I would agree with other reviews that even with a fan the top 2 floors without air con were hot as there was a low of 30 degrees at night. However we were aware of this before going. We only had a party of 5 so all slept on the ground floor where there was air con.
The villa had everything you needed and the kids LOVED the pool!

This villa is fantastic, and has so much space both indoors and outdoors. The big pool was the star of the show for us, and the house is very well equipped. It’s situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, you really need to drive to go anywhere, but the shops and the beach are less than 5 mins and the big supermarket 10mins. There’s also the Lustica peninsula to explore, and the beautiful towns of Tivat and Kotor are only a short drive. The A/C is only on the ground floor where the 3 smaller bedrooms are (all with doors directly out into the pool area), but there are fans provided in the bedroom on the top floor, and it’s nice and airy if there is a breeze.

Sehr guter Gesamteindruck, super nette Vermieter, sehr zuvorkommend und pro-aktiv in der Kommunikation. Selbst mit 8 Personen großzügig Platz mit ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Für uns ungewohnte Lage mitten im Dorf.

The villa was very comfortable for us 8 ladies however the 3 downstairs bedrooms could only be accessed by the outside steps which was an issue when retiring for the night due to it raining on 2 of the nights during our stay!! Internal stairs would make life much easier.
Despite this little hiccup we did enjoy our stay.
Car is a must if you want to get out and about- we hired one in Tivat on our first day which was very reasonable.
