Good location, good size room

Some rooms are near lifts where half of balcony will be obstacled. No table in the balcony. Towels were dirty

For the price we paid for the rooms it was a great stay.

Weird sound from toilet door n balcony NO wifi

Staff were very accommodating. Good location, not far from patong nightlife but quite and comfortable.

Everything. Located perfectly from Bangla road and next to a great foood market. Motorbike parking. Soft large beds. Large room with balcony. Friendly staff. We liked it so much we extended our stay by 2 more nights. .

Didn't try the food so not sure how it is. AC is a little loud, but bearable.

Staff was friendly and polite, Bedrooms cleaned every day. The cleaning staff was really friendly.

Breakfast was awful. The top roof terrace was nice, but the pool needed cleaning. And it needed work doing on terrace. Was only one lift working.

The location was great. The room was always cleaned to a high standard. Overall, the stay was great and the staff were very good dispite the little things I've written below. We would stay there again.

I tried to call reception several times and no one ever answered. I got told there was no laundry service, howvere on booking.com, its says there is one. I asked the guy at reception to let please let me into my room as my mate was still out and had the room key. He let me in but I asked if I could have a spare key so that I could get the air con on, he said yes but never brought it. I also asked if I could be sent some more water up and never received that either. Breakfast wasn't great. Step up out of the bathroom, kept stubbing my toe. Staying with a mate, so I see through bathroom window into the shower quickly lost its novalty.
