Highly recommend, most amazing place

Fabulous place, everyone was so helpful and friendly, the breakfast was amazing, all homemade. Lovely staff, a special mention to Sylvia & Caterina. Everyone so welcoming, rooms lovely, clean, everything you needed.

Excellent location, Exceptional staff and rooms.

Location is amazing, right in the centre and within walking distance of main attractions, port and bus station. All staff totally exceeded my expectations, everyone was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are A1 standard. Breakfast is excellent and I also enjoyed lunch and dinner here which was so tasty. Value for money staying here. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again on a return visit.

Sorrento stay

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They responded to all my queries beforehand and during my stay. Breakfast options was good. Location is good ( central to town and nearby to Port). The room was spacious and even though it was facing the main street the roller shutters that could be closed kept the noise out so great sleep at night.

Although the staff cleaned the room well. The room itself was rather old especially the bathroom (toilet needed to be flushed multiple times to work ( causing a horrible smell in the bathroom),shower had no door/curtain causing the bathroom to get very wet after showering, black mould on the wall.

Loved staying here, highly recommend

Staff were lovely. Location was incredible. Bed was the comfiest of our whole trip. Didn’t expect to have such a big balcony but was great for cocktails. Kitchen was a bonus and the room was spacious and comfortable. Would recommend this to anyone and would absolutely stay again!!! Best hotel we stayed at in our 3 week trip, but surprisingly one of the best value :) thank you!

Shower curtain in the bathroom would be good, water was all over the floor

Micko and his family gave us excellent advice and service throughout our entire stay. Nothing was too hard and they bent

The location was superb, right in the heart of the action but with the benefit of sound proof room. The staff / family owners were excellent and we felt like family. The room was very clean and comfortable with all the facilities we required. The food in the restaurant was amazing and we received a discount to eat at the restaurant. The included breakfast was better than expected.

There was nothing that we would have liked better and should we return would happily stay here again.

A superb stay

Had a very pleasant stay here for 3 nights in sorrento. A very comfortable room with a lovely balcony in a fabulous location! Staff were super friendly and accommodating and the breakfast set up was nice too.

Exceptional

We loved the location in the heart of Sorrento's old town, easily accessible to everything. The staff were wonderful, always friendly, and eager to help. And the buffet breakfast prepared by the lovely Silvia was truly amazing - a delicious range of local tastes! She is a treasure!

Fantastic location comfortable place to stay in the heart of Sorrento Old Town.

Friendly helpful staff, fantastic location easy to get to ferry port and all the shops and so many eating places. Room had little kitchen if you wanted to make tea coffee etc good selection for continental breakfast included.

When the room was cleaned the only thing I could see that had been done was a hygiene paper strip across the toilet.. bed wasn’t made, bins not emptied etc so I’m not sure what that’s about????

Nice hotel with a good location

The room had a small kitchen which was nice but we didnt get to use it. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. The breakfast was really nice - the staff seemed to be very proud of the breakfast and rightly so. Good location. We were on the ground floor, so a little bit of noise but mostly a great stay

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Sorrento with exceptional staff

The staff were fantastic and made you feel very welcome. The location was absolutely perfect in the heart of Sorrento and easy walking distance to the ferry.

When we stayed the weather was absolutely boiling, it would have been lovely to have access to one of the beach clubs like some of the other hotels offer.

Great stay, great staff, great room

Very friendly and kind staff. Room was very nice, big and with a terrace. The bed was very comfortable. Good shower and bathroom amenities. Great location. Breakfast was good too. Very good value for the money.

Glad we selected it

The manager was excellent and efficient. Check in was easy. She also managed the breakfast, which was very good. Close to the port and older part of Sorrento.

Couldn't drive there to off-load luggage, as it is in a pedestrian area, but it wasn't far to walk. Building is a little worn, but impeccably clean.
