A beautiful spacious apartment with spacious private terrace with beautiful views to the mountains. It is tucked away on a quiet street only 100m walk to the old Chania port. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great property, fantastic location within old town but a street back so away from the noise. Clean and well furnished with everything you need. lovely decoration. The option to book parking is a life saver and very convenient. For the ladies, a really good hairdryer so save the packing space.

The apartment is beautiful!! great charm and in the middle of the chania town, super nice to explore the city and drink beers on the rooftop terrasse! everything was fine and there were parkings in front of the house (10euro/day) which is okay we were too lazy to find free parkings. Thanks to you we had a freat time!

The position was fabulous and nothing was to much trouble for our host Giannis. The apartment was very clean and spacious and even our bed linen and towels were changed every few days. Off street parking was also available which is invaluable when you're in the centre of the action. Couldn't have asked for anything more 😊

Great to have the parking on site and Giannis very kindly parks and moves the cars around. Amazing location right by the harbour but still no noise can be heard from it.

The room is super comfortable and in the center of old town Chania, we had a car and went exploring the beaches during the day and at night we could walk to restaurants, bars and shops. I would stay again here for sure.Loved the property and the owner was a perfect host!

Everything was perfect. Giannis was a very kind host and he was very present when we needed him ! The house was clean and very near to the port but without all the noise. it’s the best place to stay in Chania!! Giannis helped us a lot, thank you for everything, it was amazing !

The apartment that we had was fantastic. Very clean, modern, bright and really nicely decorated (it exceeded our expectations). We had a huge private terrace and the property is in a very central location but is in a quiet side street. You can walk to the harbor in 1 minute. We met the cleaning lady to collect the keys and the owner Giannis met us later on. We are already trying to plan a return!

There are many great things about this property. I spent a lot of time researching where to stay and at first was looking for a harbour view (which Lithinon Luxury Suites didn’t have). In the end, I’m so happy to have stayed here, as it is just one street over from the Venetian harbour and the mosque and all the shops and restaurants but without all the noise. So, the perfect location! It is also clear how much money and time has been put into the interior of the apartment. Everything inside is brand new and clean. Giannis was an incredible and kind property owner - he was available so quickly with any questions or needs. For example, I needed an extra top sheet, kitchen towels, and more pillows, and he happily provided them within the hour. The cleaning staff lady was also super friendly and changed out the garbage etc the next day. The little details have been thought about here (e.g. - coffee pods, cooking utensils, hair dryer) and my advice is to book this if you’re looking for somewhere new and convenient at a reasonable price in Old Town Chania!!

Almost everything was perfect. One small detail: I had expected the terrace listed on Booking would be private, but it was not. So there was no private outdoor space as hoped. There was a table outside the door of the apartment, but it was shared and if anyone was sitting there talking and smoking you could hear it inside the apartment. But it didn’t happen often and with the Harbour at your feet it was OK in the end. Just would have liked to drink a cup of coffee in privacy outside in the morning.

The location of the apartment was amazing. It was close to everything. Also the view from the terrace was breathtaking. If we come back, we will definitely stay in the Lithinon Luxury Suites.

The property was just round the corner from the Venetian Harbour. It was spacious and tastefully decorated.

We paid €10 a day to park on the property. Otherwise we would have had to park on the street which was just about impossible. We stayed in the low season, goodness what it would be like high season.

The apartment has an excellent quiet location in the Old Town. A very short walk (less than 2 minutes) to the harbour area with all its restaurants, tavernas, cafes and bars. My wife and I were able to walk over to Nea Chora beach comfortably in 20 minutes.

There was nothing we did not like about the apartment.

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect. We walked everywhere and were in a quiet street whilst being in the heart of the buzz of the old town of Chania. The apartment itself was lovely.. spacious and clean with a wonderful roof terrace.

The bathroom was a little small which for 3 people may be a challenge, but it was otherwise modern and clean.
