Location, close to the station and the centre. The room was exactly as shown on the photos on the web site. Although not a large room it was more than enough for a short stay. The breakfast provided by a voucher for the local cafe is a challenge - you need to have patience as it is always busy. It is worth asking if fresh croissant are being baked so that you get what you want. The fruit juice is not nice. The coffee is excellent. Listen to what Manuel suggests, especially regarding the Cinque Terre. Avoid the cruise ship groups by going later in the afternoon or evening. The stairs are mentioned in the description but it does not say that 3 floors is equivalent to at least 6/7 flights (we didn’t count them).
We were prepared and it met our expectations, no complaints
