Location, secure parking, comfortable, very clean, all facilities at hand, good communication with owner, quiet.

Excellent location for getting to main sites. Quiet road. Very comfortable beds, Met with keys on arrival and shown round. Useful tourist info in flat and some very helpful suggestions for restaurants.
Some places leave starter pack, ie some milk and tea bags. Had to get off train after long, delayed journey and find somewhere to buy milk. I appreciated the bath mat, as I'm a pensioner, but a grab rail by bath would have made me feel safer. There was colour catcher for the washing machine but couldn't find any washing powder/pods.

Jilly met us at the property.lovely friendly person.She told us all we needed to know about the property and local shops etc.We have been about 20 times to York but this was best visit yet and best rental property.

This apartment is an excellent choice - perfect location (central but secluded enough to be quiet). It is very tastefully decorated and all the rooms felt pleasant and comfortable to spend time in. We would book again if returning to York, and would definitely recommend it to others. The host Jilly was helpful and responsive, as was Richard who met us. We had a really great time!

The only thing we could of done with was a hover in and the beds were a bit hard

A lucky find for its position is ideal when visiting York. A five minute walk and you're in the city centre. The photographs gave a clear impression of what to expect and there was no disappointment. Secure parking was great while the apartment was nice and quiet, with just occasional vehicles passing outside. Excellent communication before and during the visit made each stage easy. The electric heating worked well even when outside temperatures dropped to -7C. The kitchen provided all the necessary items for cooking. Furniture was comfortable and there was always hot water.
The mention of an additional toilet isn't correct, though with just two staying that was no problem.

This is just a personal preference thing we like fans for movement of air when sleeping. Others may not care about those things. I still think it was a great place to stay. Location was excellent.

Location was good. Underground car park on site ment you can just stroll in to the City without worrying about parking. Nice and clean overall I would recommend.

The apartment was in a great location, it was clean and very comfortable. Had a weekend there with my mum for mother's day.

Location was great, short walk into town, local shops just around the corner. Beds were super comfy. We were picked up at York station, which was very much appreciated. Apartment was lovely.
The windows didn’t keep out a lot of the noise, which really can’t be helped.But the apt faced onto a bus route which was quite noisy. I have to say I was a bit miffed at receiving an email the day before check out asking us to strip the beds. A very minor point but, I have fibromyalgia and find a lot of tasks very difficult. I would expect the cleaning service to do this when preparing for the next guests.

A very central location in York. This 2 bedroom apartment was spotless clean and well maintained. It had a parking space in a gated secure basement. The apartment is within walking distance of all the well known York sights.

Central location. Everything you could need is a short walk away. Very clean. Underground parking. Fully equipped kitchen, should you need it. Part of the city wall is at the end of the road!

The flat is in a convenient location for all parts of the City and for driving to the University and the parking easy. It seems very secure and the common parts are fresh and clean and welcoming. The block as a whole was quiet when we stayed even though our stay covered Freshers week at the University and York Races. Jilly who greeted us with the keys was delightful to deal with.
A blind on the kitchen window would be a welcome addition.

Easy access to York good to have parking didn’t get the car out at all high standard complex very clean!
Everything we needed was there but we didn’t cook anything as there’s plenty of choices for eating out in York

The location was brilliant. The apartment was a light and had most things we needed.
It would be helpful to have a couple more baking trays. It was hard to cook pizza one night.

Brilliant location on the river side and only a few minutes walk over the nearby bridge into the heart of the city. Kitchen was well equipped for those who want to self-cater but there was plenty of choice for eating and drinking in the city. Host, Jilly, was there to meet us and communicated well when needed.
Parking was a bit tight for a large vehicle and the security was a bit of a faff although you did feel secure that no one could casually enter the building.

Very comfortable and absolutely spotless (so important at the moment) but I can’t stress enough that the location is fabulous! A parking space is included and then a very few minutes walk into the heart of the city or on your doorstep lovely Micklegate with gorgeous indie shops and cafes!

The property was in a fab location, handy for shopping, eating and exploring. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was lovely. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped.
The added bonus was safe free parking. All in all a great stay.

Super flat in a very convenient location for everything in York. We had a great 3 days.

The flat is spacious and very comfortable. Location is very convenient for both the centre of York and for access to the ring road to get further afield
