Location, sea view, how quiet the property was, the price
The mattress was very soft, meant two fairly poor night's sleep for me. But considering how much I liked everything else, it felt tolerable.

I stayed in a double room with bay window. First thing I noticed was how tidy and clean the room was and the wonderful view. the bathroom was very good also. Highly reccomended.

Location perfect for work. Beds and facilities clean.
Having to share the shower and toilet. This was not specified on booking. Also you pay £1 for the bath towel. No tv in room.
