Parking area is not ""luggage-friendly" for big or heavy luggage. You need to drop the luggages at the entrance and park the car before the premise or down the valley or ramp. It should be okay but since they kind of share the parking area with Restoren Selera Kebun, it would be a hassle if you arrive there during lunch hours to tea time as you need to compete with the restaurant's customers for parking lot. Even when you drop the luggage at the entrance of the premise, you will block the traffic.... So, either you arrive there before 10am or after 5pm.

The ambience , clean, distance close to ranau town (within 30 minutes), weather is warm (suitable for senior citizens), car monitor worker frm selera kebun also friendly and helpful👍🏻
The parking space is limited

Nothing much except location..
1. Karaoke untill 11pm. What nuisance!
2. Amenities in the room is very basic
3. Area doesnt seem well mantained
4. There's no mt kinabalu view as claimed
