The staff were super friendly.
The junior suite was spacious and clean, comfortable pillows & the bath was so nice. Unlike the reviews say, there definitely was sun on the pool and you definitely can lay in the sun!! It’s also not that far from the busy parts of Legian by car, & a few breakfast spots etc within walking distance.
You can hear literally everything from neighbouring rooms/hallways, to the point it sounded like the neighbours phones were in our room when they got text messages, and we were woken up at 4am every morning by the people around us moving around. That’s not something that management can change though, and it’s the only bad part of our stay.

Staff very friendly and attentive.
Complete shady pool for entire day. A bit far from main shops and beach with shuttle not regular enough to accommodate distance.

Delightful, accommodating staff, comfortable rooms and good value for money.
The room’s soundproofing is very subpar which means the nightly BBQ functions in the courtyard create a significant noise if you’re wanting a quiet night in. Also the rooms heavy doors create constant loud slamming as people come and go through the night. The breakfast buffet is ordinary on the weekend (it seems to go budget with weekday staples missing!) and geared towards an Asian palate always in the hot food.
The pool lounges are incredibly uncomfortable with no side tables for your gear.
