LUXURY HOME WITH GUEST HOUSE ON ACADIAN ISLAND ESTATE
Al largo della North Shore of Nova Scotia si trova Tracadie Island, dove si trova questa bellissima tenuta. Dotata di tutti i comfort che un ospite può desiderare, questa tenuta isolana è immersa nel lusso e nella natura. "The Big House", come è noto a livello locale, vanta 4 camere da letto, 5 bagni e una passeggiata panoramica sul porto di Tracadie. Compreso anche nel noleggio è una pensione di nuova costruzione con 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno, cucina e soggiorno. Gli appassionati di attività all'aperto potranno usufruire di due kayak, un stand up paddle board, più mountain bike, 1/2 miglio di fronte all'oceano privato e chilometri di sentieri boschivi. Gli ospiti di questa tenuta di Acadian Island sono trattati per comfort, eleganza, design impeccabile, viste mozzafiato sull'oceano e tutti i comfort che offre una casa ben attrezzata. Situato a The Big Island, a Tracadie, in Nuova Scozia. Fronte mare lungo il porto di Tracadie. Parte della più grande St. George's Bay, Northumberland Strait e Gulf of St. Lawrence. A 30 minuti di auto dalla città di Antigonish, l'Highland Heart of Nova Scotia, sede della famosa St. Francis Xavier University e ha votato una delle 25 migliori piccole città del Canada. Vicina a Cape Breton Island, con i suoi campi da golf, spiagge e Highlands National Park. 2. 5 ore di viaggio fino a Halifax. Very comfortable. Jon and Marcie are great - very responsive. There is plenty of in-house entertainment for bad weather days and our dogs give it a 5-star review as well.

Our stay at the Big House on Big Tracadie Island could not have been better. There were 10 adults, a 3 year old, a 5 week old infant and 2 dogs. The home and guest house are beautiful and immaculate. This is also the best equipped rental we have ever had. Our 3 year old grandson was entertained by a plethora of toys. The kitchen had everything you could want/use. The property is private, the beach and kayaks right there.
Mark responded to my messages very quickly and offered lots of advice on activities etc. Jon the property manager met the first of our party to arrive. He is pleasant and helpful and too gave great advice. One evening we bought 15 lobsters from the wharf he suggested. Need I say more... Jon was available for us but we really never had to call upon him as everything was perfect.
I recommend this property without reservation. Thank you Mark and Jon.

Nothing was spared in the quality of this property, particularly the design, furnishings and appliances. Location couldn't have been better providing the privacy we wanted on a great spot overlooking a sheltered bay with a beach that after checking on others, we found was our favorite spot. They owner and property manager Mark and son Jon were very generous with allowing us to use their equipment including paddleboard, kayaks and fishing equipment. We also enjoyed using their other recreational equipment such as the shuffleboard and various lawn games. There was an ample supply of lawn chairs and the firepit was a popular site as well as it overlooked the bay. The total number of bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas also provided individual privacy when needed which made for a very harmonious family gathering at this wonderful facility. Mark had provided very valuable information about the area and things to do and see and property manager Jon was equally free with information and continually offered any assistance we might need. We met some locals in the area who were very friendly and informative as well.
All in all this was for us a family vacation that will be remembered for the great time we all had and was enriched by the outstanding quality of this facility.

This property was incredible! It checked off all of our boxes, and even the boxes we didnt anticipate. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and I would stay there again next time Im in the area.
