Mantegna Rooms

Fantastic location. Good value

I found the automatic lights in the hall room came on too slowly, so you had to wave your hands until they came on before moving. Also perhaps there could be a small light lighting up the entrance door as it was quite difficult to see the keyhole.

The property was in a great location, near to all historical site and was in walking distance to markets and many restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. The host was very pleasant and helped us with our stay and gave us information of all locations nearby.

None. The stay was great!

Luca was a fantastic host. I appreciated being messaged the day before the flight and throughout the journey so he knew when to expect me. Especially as I was travelling alone. He greeted me, showed me everything, the water was a great compliment and anything I needed he was just a message away. The map was a lovely touch and recommendations too. I appreciated being able to leave my case there for my last day as I had a late flight. The room was clean, the bed changed daily and was not too noisy considering how close it is to the road. The aircon was fantastic in the room too 👏🏼 The kitchen is good too, a section of the fridge to keep water and goods cold for each room. The location is perfect 👌🏼 close enough to the historic centre but walking distance from the train station and away from the tourists!

A small cupboard or draw/shelf for each room to keep food for breakfast. As such I kept fruit and bakery items in my room which was ok.

We stayed 3 nights. Everything was clean, everything in the bathroom worked flawlessly, and the shared kitchen was actually kept clean and tidy, with an individual shelf (per room) labeled in the refrigerator! There are nearby markets to explore and dozens of restaurants/cafe/coffee shops. Location is prime... everything you might wish to see on the tourist maps is within 5-10 or 15 minute walking distance.

Nothing. This is an exceptional value.
