Everything. It was exquisitely planned and attention to detail was amazing. Val was an attentive host, and Luis the dog was strangely devoted to anyone who was lucky enough to be the current occupant of the cottage!
We had nice weather but also enjoyed the bad weather with rain on the skylights. With so much space, privacy, luxury and fresh air here, i find it hard to understand why anyone would prefer a hotel.
After we had been to the shops we realized there was no coffee. Considering the host’s generosity ( lovely welcoming basket) and thoughtfulness, it surprised us that a few sachets weren’t left for guests.

Our host called was great. The peace and tranquility. The location. Fabulous property 👌

The house is stunning, the grounds are beautiful and so well maintained. Louis the Retriever was great company.
Nothing we didn't like. Ideal base for exploring Wexford. The only slight disappointment was we couldn't get a taxi into Wexford town in the evenings even though we rang 5 X different taxi companies. However Val did mention to contact him if we wanted to go into the city as he could be heading in himself but we didn't want to disturb him.
