Location was fine; although a busy road with roadworks & temporary lights, I still manged to park directly opposite the property. Easy access with a door code. Grey Room with en-suite was compact but totally adequate for my needs. Little kitchenette just along the corridor with microwave & kettle : very handy. Comfortable chair & bed.
It's an old building with a very steep staircase..worth bearing in mind if you have mobility problems. There are rails & a couple of handles on the wall. The fan in the bathroom sounded quite noisy when I arrived mid-evening ; didn't sound so loud in the morning !

Super easy to access and clear instructions. Good location to go for a walk and grab food after work.
