Franchement irréprochable il y’en avait pour tous les goûts et en plus le personnel très serviable

Si on avait à noter que le isola où on a été servi avec une très longue attente on aurait mis un 5.

Very nice hotel amazing view and pool Room was excellent

Fatima the receptionist she was unprofessional we came at 1PM we went for lunch at Chiringuito the time to prepare our room at 3pm we came back at 3:15 pm she was like the room isn't ready without looking at us(no eye contact) without explaining and she turned out her head to talk to other clients! Second thing the property add 5% of service total amount on the bill of restaurants which is weird and never seen before! You cannot obligate guests to pay 5% service (tips)it has to be decided by guests depending on each person how much he wants to pay as pourboire!

The cleaning staff was really helpful. The restaurants' staff was too. The seawater swimming pools

1. The variety of the menu in the restaurant was pretty limited. 2. The receiving manager at the desk was kinda helpless the first day when I asked him about having an invoice issued. I got it at the end through another manager at the check-out who was more helpful. I don't understand the mystery about having an invoice. 3. Terrible smell at night in the drain pipes flowing-up, that was really disgusting, especially, the second night which was really intense. They need to fix that. I've seen other people complaining about that before. 4. The pricing on the final invoice seemed to me hire that the rates I booked through Booking.com, the explanations received from the manager at the check-out were not satisfactory. I got the room I reserved, I was not upgraded to one of higher class to justify the increase in the rate. That was displeasing. 5. I asked for a bed for my kid, three time, one through the app, two at the hotel, didn't get it. 6. My kid got sick during the stay. Food not in good condition, causing him diarrheas and vomit.

Very quiet relaxing with a great service! Basma and Salima and Mohcine were very helpful and always very friendly! The room was very clean and comfortable and Ayoub and his team made always sure that we have all we need!

Everything was great

Very nice hotel, peaceful atmosphere, excellent service (particularly ladies at the reception and Ayan - housekeeping), we were upgraded and got the room with a sea view, things to do (walking, cycling - free bicycles available), saltwater pools, good breakfast by the pool, very flexible breakfast times (even until 11,30), excellent live music in the beach restaurant.

Music played by DJ in the restaurant before the live band starts is too loud and not appropriate to the age and structure of the guests.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We went to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and the service exceeded our expectations special thanks to Ayoub for making it extra special. Also Amine from reception was so friendly and welcoming. The spa breakfast room service were all top notch.

Nothing not to like!
