Bella locazione, posta nel centro storico, particolari cunicoli che collegano i vari quartieri e abitazioni , tutto a ridosso del lago.

colazione non inclusa, posizione ottima, host fantastico - presente - dettagliato per quanto riguarda le informazioni ed indicazioni di check-in che-out - disponibile per quanto riguarda consigli sul luogo - risponde immediatamente su whatsapp anche in caso di problemi . Nella camera abbiamo trovato tutto , asciugacapelli , bagnoschiuma shampoo, set completo di salviette , bellissima doccia ! il riscaldamento super funzionale e perfetto per riscaldare una stanza di quelle dimensioni . Nessun rumore di macchine poiché la stanza si trovava in una zona solamente pedonale del borgo storico circondata da viuzze in pietra

unico "difetto" la finestra senza persiane / tapparelle, consiglio di far trovare lo zucchero accanto alle capsule del caffè ma sono piccolezze !

The property was located very close to the lake and a couple of nice restaurants. It was nicely decorated with a modern vibe and was clean. Beautiful location in a natural heritage protected town, a few steps from the lake across the road. The host was very helpful and quick to respond via WhatsApp and even hand delivered a fan for us. Great TV with streaming apps for the kids to enjoy. Well equipped kitchen - some basic condiments such as salt/pepper/oil would have been useful.

Pictures were misleading in terms of size - was not a comfortable or practical stay for 4 people, suitable only for 2. The sofa bed downstairs took up the entire living area and there was no where for the extra suitcases to go, so we were stumbling over them whilst trying to access the kitchen (all one room). Very very claustrophobic with 4 of us trying to get ready and make food etc, especially in the heat, and unpractical when needing to all get washed and dressed. Hot water was sporadic when wanting to shower and my husband had to resort to a cold shave. The bathroom had a funny smell emanating from the sink when the toilet was flushed, the bidet plug was broken so could not be easily drained. The most disappointing aspect was the main bedroom; the bed frame was broken underneath and this also meant the mattress had developed a significant dip in the middle. My husband and I were rolling into one another in the middle all night, which is doubly uncomfortable when in the searing heat with no air con or fan! This meant that after the first night my husband’s back was very sore so we had to turn the mattress around to make it more bearable for the next 2 nights. Fan was delivered the next morning, which helped a little. The other thing to note is that the initial notes about our stay stated that there would be wine/champagne for the guests, however when I enquired about this I was told it was an extra service on demand and to be paid for - no where on the booking did it state this so be aware this is not included as implied. Not a huge deal but would have been nice as we had expected this after our 5hr drive upon arrival.
