Safe, clean, secure building. Centrally located near shops and restaurants. Good shower. Coffee and welcome wine were a nice touch.

The additional bed for our daughter was a convertible sofa that did not pull out flat. High point at about the shoulders, it sloped downhill from that point, both towards the head and towards the feet.

Tudo estava perfeito! Excelente localização, perto de bons restaurantes e dos principais monumentos. Apartamento muito confortável e luminoso, notava-se que foi recentemente remodelado, com cuidado e bom gosto. Limpeza impecável. Staff simpático, principalmente a Maria que me deu bons conselhos para visitar o Porto e foi sempre muito prestável.

Não tem elevador, o que no meu caso não foi relevante.

Incredibly central location (literally continue straight and you're out in the main shopping avenue St Catarina) and super nice host that checked on us periodically.

Heating in the apartment, the only provided heating system was by A/C. Upon demand the hosts were nice enough to bring us a small radiator. Could've used some (instant) coffee apart from the tea they provided us.

The apartment turned out to be a dark, dirty ruin with a bed placed in a dark corner, featuring two small windows with broken blinds and a view of dirty rooftops. There was an incredible noise throughout the night due to construction work that we were not informed about. It was impossible to sleep because of the noise and stuffiness, as the air conditioning in this dark corner where the bed was placed was not working, and the shower drain was blocked, causing the room below, which also belongs to the same company, to flood. One of the walls is made of glass, and if someone didn't turn off the lights in the hallway, you had to go down three floors to turn them off because it was bright in the room. The incredible noise in the room made it impossible to sleep. We had four sleepless nights, so sightseeing was not enjoyable due to feeling unwell. It was dirty; the terrace was contaminated with bird droppings, and the window in the kitchen was dirty. There was a foul smell in the kitchen from the pipes, and the bottom panel of the furniture was falling off. The photos completely misrepresented what was actually there. Nobody informed us about the year-round noise due to construction work. The shower cabin was broken, the doors didn't close properly, and the blinds were also broken. The air conditioning in the bedroom didn't work, but they fixed the one in the kitchen after our intervention.
