I liked the pool and overall the general condition of the property was very well cared for. Right accross the street from a great grocery and right accross from a sandy beach. Walkable to the TER train.
The bed seemed like it was a futon? Very hard. Also, for a 4 star hotel they didn't have glasses in the rooms. Paper cups (wrapped in plastic). There were coffee mugs though. I found that very strange. What makes this hotel nice - away from the crowds and near a nice beach also makes it a bit of a hastle - had to walk 15 minutes to get to a bakery or coffee - I like to nip out for patisserie instead of eating in the hotels.

Location was great, 5 -7 mins walk to train station
Menton is fabulous
Had a lovely room with a nice balcony which felt private.
The traffic noise wasn’t a problem( and we were right on the road front )
Breakfast was good
Lovely towels & toiletries
Supermarket right across the road ( great to stock up the mini fridge)
We knew the pool area was small but we never could get a bed ( not great when certain guests were allowed to put towels out the night before !!!)
If you’re a sun worshipper than this hotel isn’t for you as it’s nearly always in the shade too

Location is ideal for the lovely town of Menton.Small good quality friendly hotel with nice pool and rooms.Friendly staff. Close to train station to explore further afield.
