Having to carry my cases across to the red hotel after a late flight to sign in.

The room was stunning! As soon as we walked in we were amazed! The shower is gorgeous, it had two shower heads, one was a waterfall & the other was normal. It has a sofa for when you watch tv which was comfy you could also connect your phone to watch netflix, prime video etc. The kitchen has glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, fridge, microwave, kettle & a toaster. Everything is all on a touch pad, you didn't have to get up & switch the lights on as it was all within arm length eg next to the bed, sofa & front door. Air con was perfect but keep in mind you must keep the balcony door closed for it to turn on.
We wanted to stay for 1 week but they had no availability. However when we did a seperate booking it said they did which was confusing?
Because san antonio is a very busy area, you can hear all the party people but tbh it wasn't that bad. On our last day at 8am we had people up on the next floor above us playing music, I msg the hotel & within 20mins they replied & went to the room that was causing the noise. The wifi defo needs improving!

The property is in the absolute perfect location, close to all shops and bars. It is very modern and has everything you need from mood lighting to Smart TVs. Our room was cleaned with fresh towels everyday. The electric curtains are controlled by a touchpad at the side of the bed for complete blackout and there was minimal noise from the bars below despite being on the first floor. Would recommend this place to anyone

Location, very close to shops, takeaways and restaurants, taxi rank, beach, balcony has a seaview and gets the sun in the afternoon, clean modern rooms, would stay here again
Noise from sirens and some drunk people at night but can be helped with earplugs

Great location and really nice, fresh rooms with plenty of space. It is right in the centre of San Antonio with views of the beach and harbour.
Check in is at a neighboring building. Parking is some distance away, which wasn't an issue for me but may be an issue for families or those with lots of luggage.

We loved the location and the view from the balcony. the decor and facilities were all great and perfect for our trip! The hotel staff added balloons and chocolates for my sisters bday after I asked if they could add anything as a surprise for her! she loved it so thank you!!
the air con in the bedroom wouldn’t turn off on the first night but the staff fixed it after we told them.
there was a loud clicking noise that was annoying during the night but we couldn’t figure
out what it was.

Cleanliness, facilities & location were excellent.
Roadway outside was very busy, traffic sounds all night but not a major issue if you use earplugs.

Amazing appartment, really pretty, clean and in the middle of the center. Loved the vibe and everything is new. Nice staff at the front desk of the hotel that helps you with whatever you need. Really would advise this apartment to everyone staying in Sant Antoni. Also the curtains, light and airconditioning goes via a remote, really great view over the boulevard of the city and the harbour
Only thing that was a little disappointing was that there was no real reception so we needed to go to the hotel around the corner, really close but maybe we missed to go and check in there.

We loved the interior of the room, the view and the location. It's near the bus station, the ferry port, and shops. The reception speaks English, so we can easily go and ask about anything. We found some great places to eat including a gastronomic restaurant only a few minutes away.
It was right next to the main road. So the air on the balcony is not the freshest. Some visitors might not like the noise coming from the children fairground opposite the road. We could not see how to operate the extractor fan, so if one were to cook up a storm, the room will smell.

Everything was easy! 1 min walk from hotel to reception area. Just one two things - the aircon and curtains would open and close randomly which wasn't that great as we had to keep pressing it to turn on/open again!

We were so excited about this room. It was spotlessly clean, very modern with everything you would need really. Iron, living area and kitchen with utensils. Also an amazing sunny balcony.
Lots of space and nice modern bathroom!
We were excited to realise even though we were in the heart on San Antonio, when you were inside you really could have been a million miles away. Perfect when you’re hoping to get some sleep after a big night.
There really wasn’t much we didn’t like. The only thing was not being told we would have to collect the keys from a nearby reception and the fact there was no access to any pool. But we knew this being going!

The reception staff were friendly and sorted out any problems..check in n check out was easy enough although you have to collect keys from the sister hotel down the street..

The appartement was very clean. The location in the middle of town with view on the beach was lovely. All facilities were there.

We had issues with our aircon but it was manageable. Would suggest either to fix that or use a better locking on the sliding door from the balcony.

Well located in Sant Antoni. Nice balcony view.
THERE IS NO SWIMMING POOL available! At the reception they mentioned that they are aware of having pictures with a swimming pool in the website, but they have no control in changing it (????). You have to go to another hotel (5 mins walk) to check in. You only know that once you are in front of the main door. They could send a message before and mentioning that.

Having tested positive for Covid we needed a nice room to be comfortable for 10 days. Room was amazing everything automated had access to Netflix too. Aircon was perfect and cooking facilities were adequate
Views over the bay ensured we didn’t get too bored
No pool but not a biggy sea over the road
Neighbours moving furniture until 6 am not the hotels fault but annoying

The location was good, very central.
The facilities were average however we weren’t expecting luxury for the price we paid.
The staff were very helpful
The only thing that I didn’t like about the property would be that the aircon didn’t stay cold all night and the shower could have been stronger

Simple but comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing view. Nice location. Good price.
The first night we cheked in to a room on the first floor right above the night club. The music was loud until 4 AM. It May be suitable for young guests Who party untill the morning hours. Fortunately the staff changed our room the next morning.

No on site reception. It is in another hotel. This was not told to use before hand therefore we had to take our cases to the hotel then round to other hotel before travelling back. This was late at night too.
Lack of extra pillows. The pillows were incredibly thin.
Towels were dirty stained towels
Lift wasnt functioning properly and we were ok n the top floor.

The staff are really kind and professional. They will try everything to help. Good quality service. Just feel so great. Also the location is great. We will stay there again next time
